Our Story
Chubby Cannoli started with two guys from SoCal, Adrian and Ryan, who both had the same dream: build something of their own. What began as late-night conversations about food, business, and wanting more out of life turned into an obsession with getting cannoli right — hand-piped, always fresh, never skimping on the filling. From that first batch made in a kitchen to now serving Sunday farmers markets and weddings across Southern California, Chubby Cannoli is proof that big dreams can start small, one cannoli at a time.
